Ages 7-11 years Old-  Martial arts for children should be so much more than kicking and punching. Focus, Respect, building confidence, and exercise are just some of the things I teach. Classes are fun. I teach basic self defense skills in this class.  

Ages 12-15 Years Old-  In this class I teach basic Hapkido and Ground survival techniques. We start each class with a warm up and stretching.  Focus, Respect, Discipline, Confidence, and anti-bully techniques are just some of the things I teach in this class. Sparring is optional in this age group.
